A member of our dedicated team will transfer your documents from your office/business premises to our secure document. Each of your boxes is clearly labelled, barcoded and linked with your own box reference, it is then moved to its secure location. You can easily and quickly order the return of your documents either delivered to your door or digitally through our popular Docu Scan solution.

We also offer a file shredding service if the documents are no longer required and archive boxes and other packing materials are available to purchase from our online shop.Our friendly staff are easily contactable online or by telephone and are always happy to help.

We Collect & Transfer
Our staff will collect your record from your office and safely transfer them to our storage facility.

Please lable the boxes with your own reference number/description.

Audit & Barcoding
On arrival your boxes will be audited and barcoded to facilitate the most efficient tracking and tracing of your important documents.

You will be sent an inventory detailing your boxes’ location.

Document Retrieval
At any point during your business records stay with us you are able to request their retrieval online or by telephone.

We can arrange for delivery to your door or digitally through our Docu Scan solutions.
