My Box Space is an experienced business record storage centre in Exeter, Devon. We collect the documents you require storing from your office/business premises and transfer them to our dedicated facility in East Devon.

Your items are barcoded and audited before being moved to their safe, dry location. Any documents you require during their stay with us can be easily be ordered online. We can arrange for the records to be delivered to your door or for a digital copy to be sent depending on your requirements.

We also offer a file shredding service if your documents are no longer required. Our friendly staff are easily contactable online or by telephone and are always happy to help.

We Collect & Transfer
Our staff will collect your record from your office and safely transfer them to our storage facility.

Please lable the boxes with your own reference number/description.

Audit & Barcoding
On arrival your boxes will be audited and barcoded to facilitate the most efficient tracking and tracing of your important documents.

You will be sent an inventory detailing your boxes’ location.

Document Retrieval
At any point during your business records stay with us, you are able to request their retrieval online or by telephone.

We can arrange for delivery to your door or digitally through our Docu Scan solutions.

Records Disposal
If you would like your documents back to dispose of yourselves or if you would like to take advantage of our shredding services, we are happy to help.
