My Box Space is an experienced business record storage centre in Exeter, Devon. We collect the documents you require storing from your office/business premises and transfer them to our dedicated facility in East Devon.
Your items are barcoded and audited before being moved to their safe, dry location. Any documents you require during their stay with us can be easily be ordered online. We can arrange for the records to be delivered to your door or for a digital copy to be sent depending on your requirements.
We also offer a file shredding service if your documents are no longer required. Our friendly staff are easily contactable online or by telephone and are always happy to help.

Really easy and one less thing to worry about
As a small family run business, we simply didn’t have the space to store years’ worth of documents. The team at My Box Space were really helpful and if we ever need a document, they get it straight over to us. It’s something we now don’t have to worry about.

Can't fault, everything collected when they said they would. Not needed any documents yet so can't comment on retrieval but I understand it's easily done online.
